Terrible company who just take your money and refuse to pay out. I had the best policy you can get with this company. Never claimed and my pet has never been ill until now. He is very unwell and insurance refused to pay out even though my vet sent further info to back my claim 3 times and still refused. My cat is now ill and uninsurable anywhere else. Change insurance companies whilst you still can!!
