I have 4 cats insured with this company. One of my cats has had vet bills in excess of £6000 this past year for a spinal problem, they have paid their share each time. My side has been around £1500 but I knew this because I actually read my policy documents. They clearly what parts of the bill are covered and which are not. If I ever have to contact them they are always helpful and polite, great customer service.
