I forked out £645 for my poorly cat , never claimed for that illness before

Only to be later told they wouldn't pay the claim because the illness had been disclosed more than 12 months before.

Yet i hadnt claimed a penny - so even though i tried to pay formost things myself , when i needed to claim those petplan scumbags wiggled out of it . i should have just clalmed every visit / test and not left it for a bigger bill.
