I submitted a claim in December 2020 for alternative therapy for my German Shepherd puppy and was very impressed with how quickly and painlessly it was dealt with BUT..... since then I submitted a further claim for continuing therapy at the beginning of March and am still waiting for the invoice to be paid. I have made several enquiries and each time have been assured it would be dealt with the next week but am still waiting. I have been told the Vet did not complete their paperwork (vet said they sent it by email the day after I handed it to them) then it was the therapist who had not submitted all her paperwork (she assured me she sent it all via post and if they had the invoice they would have the relevant statement from her) Here we are 2 months on and still waiting!
