Diabolical service. 3 months later still unresolved. Have told them numerous times my dog has died and vets sent info to but each time state they have not been told. Advised they needed full medical history and all rescue dogs will have this!!!! Premium number given to call on was costly. Vets and myself given the wrong email address and information which was finally rectified after 5 calls!!! Advised to continue paying policy whilst claim for deceased pet went through by Sainsburys. 3 months on still awaiting refund!!!!!
