Never ever use this company, MORETHAN, for your pet insurance, they sell you insurance but do not pay when accidents happen to your pet. We are not all VETs and most people don't know when dog breads have any weaknesses but be assured THEY DO and have everything covered in that "small print" not to cover that weakness, be assured they won't be paying your vet bills even though they tell you they will........ Always read the small print twice....
I had accidental Insurance with Morethan for 6 years for my dog, on returning from a walk she was lame, on the walk she chased a squirrel (most likely when the injury happened), we phoned the vet who gave her pain relief and not to walk her for 10 days if no change to bring her back, we did as VET told us. 10 days later the vet predicted possible curciate rupture due to her accident. We then phoned MORETHAN who told us to go ahead with the operation and they would cover due to being an "ACCIDENT" and we were covered. BUT on claiming for the accident Morethan refused to pay said cruciate WAS NOT COVERED......over £3,000 out of pocket after paying morethan for 6 years cover and never claimed before... I would certainly not recommend this company.
