I signed up with "the Nation's largest pet insurance" company and now 2 1/2 years later I find out they are nothing but a damn joke that I dumped 2k into and they do nothing for you. I was billed twice in March 2021(different amounts) and now with in 10 days billed again in April and the guy on the phone comes on and says "What can I do for you" ? Instead of saying Hi sir I know we are having computer issues and we are refunding your over charges. And we are sorry for the mistakes. Then he wants to argue with me about speaking to the CEO. I'm sorry maybe he is too busy to talk to some one that makes up his damn check. I hope someone out there starts a company and puts these jerks out of business. If you are reading this do not put any money in to this company they are horrible. You never know about an insurance company until you need them and then the true colors come out.
