Sheer incompetence and sullen attitude

I'm chasing a claim I submitted 7 weeks ago online. I received an email confirming they'd received it but it hasn't been paid. Email to chase up via portal received no response. 2 phone calls with 2 different so-called advisers immensely frustrating. Both initially denied claim even existed. Then claimed my vet hadn't completed their bit of the form despite sending it to them 3 times - a total lie as the vet did their bit immediately. I can only assume the staff are so hacked off they are doing their best to get rid of customers!
