This is a shambles of an insurance company. I'm in desperate need to speak to a human to find out if my cat will be covered for overnight hospital stay and there NO WAY of speaking to a HUMAN or any way of getting an immediate response. I had to send an email and was told I would get a reply in 5 working days. Stay away from this dreadful company.
