Since pinnacle have taken over from Allianz the insurance has gone massively down hill. It seems like a complete shambles. I’ve been with Sainsbury’s for about 9-10 years and prior to the take over they were excellent. If my dog didn’t have existing complex issues I would move insurers due to pinnacle’s service. Terrible!
