My dog has been insured by Sainsbury’s pet insurance for 7 years. Now that they have replaced Allianz with Pinnacle as underwriters it seems that they have no intention of honouring policies underwritten by Allianz and have an endless stream of unlikely responses as to why they are not progressing my claim. My vet and I have been working on this for 2 months with still no sign of settlement despite their claim of 7 day payment.
