Take the Money but wont answer queries when needing to find out about cover

Im insured with the at present for two dogs, one has just been diagnosed with cancer in the policy documents it say if you are being referred to a specialist for treatment for scans etc you MUST contact them and tell them before you make the appointment. Well since Saturday when we were told our dog has cancer I have been trying to get hold of someone I have left message on the chat option on there website , i have emailed them through the option on the web site stressing it is a cancer referral , they have closed all their telephone lines due to covid. So you cant talk to anyone. - There line to the bank works as they keep taking the money. It is now Tuesday pm and nobody has come back to me, when it is an urgent and distressing time and holding up treatment - not happy at all . Will be taking business elsewhere when I can get hold of any one to tell.
