Greedy, oh so greedy.
Annually increasing the policy cost by £100 for absolutely no reason.
I made one small claim in 2 years!

1st reason they gave me was aging. My dog aged from 2yo to 3yo. What kind of serious conditions are likely to develop at 3 years old?
2nd reason...the development of costly treatments. Sorry what? You are increasing the cost of my policy every year by 20% because someone somewhere developed a costly treatment that has nothing to do with my dog?!
The only option I was offered is to cut down the policy benefits...
I went elsewhere and got the same level benefits for £120 instead of £550.
Will be moving my second dog as well, they just lost all shame.
