Having submitted a very uncomplicated claim I have had to chase and chase this claim. They confirmed all info was received 8 weeks ago. I asked for a call back from manager on the phone number associated with my account and then they want you to confirm who you are. Beyond irritating. If I could leave I would but now my dog has a pre-eisiting condition it’s not so easy.
