Traumatic and confusing


Due to underwriting changes with allianze and pinnacle my claim was badly mismanaged. I was refused by both. I called both and both turned down my claim as calls were confused to each. It caused so much trauma as the claim was related to the sudden death of my cat. Each time I have called I have to relive the whole story and cried every time. Im appalled. My claim is absolutely in the terms of my premium policy. Avoid.
