The letter they sent me to decline my claim quoted my dogs previous conditions going back to 2013
He was first diagnosed with bone cancer on the 02/02/2021 and put to sleep and my claim has been dismissed on the grounds that it was a previous condition due to him previously having lameness on this same leg due to arthritis
to say I am shocked is an understatement
