I took out pet insurance for my kitten because nectar gave me a extra points code on my app, the offer was still valid and on my app when i took out the policy. That was October 2020 it is now February 2021 and they are refusing to honour the nectar code. I was passed from Nectar to Pet insurance to Nectar. It took me until 18 January 2021 to even get one of them to log a query even though I wanted to make a complaint. I informed them they are in breach of contract and I would cancel the policy but pet insurance was not bothered, just kept blaming Nectar. I have many items with Sainsburys bank and I will be changing them all in due course, plus I will no longer be shopping at Sainsburys. Total scam artists, avoid at all costs
