Unable to contact Pinnacle, if you manage to contact them they never reply. Life policy does not mean the condition is covered for life. Once you upper limit is reached for each condition it is removed from your policy for life of your pet. They will not pay anything towards that condition,including life saving meds required to keep your dog alive for the rest of your pets life. We thought that if you reached the limit for a condition it would reset to max when you renewal comes around the following year. NO ,The condition goes into your exclusions. Be very aware. We originally insured when Alliance were the under writers. It was great .Then we were not made aware when the renewal started that Pinnacle were the new under writers. Steer clear.
