Unable to contact Pinnacle, if you manage to contact them they never reply. Life policy does not mean the condition is covered for life. Once you upper limit is reached for each condition it is removed from your policy for life of your pet. They will not pay anything towards that condition,including life saving meds required to keep your dog alive for the rest of your pets life. We thought that if you reached the limit for a condition it would reset to max when you renewal comes around the following year. NO ,The condition goes into your exclusions. Be very aware. We originally insured when Alliance were the under writers. It was great .Then we were not made aware when the renewal started that Pinnacle were the new under writers. Steer clear.

Thank you all..I was about to change my Cat insurance but with such a high % of negative reviews I think I will stick to their groceries...Shame Sainsbury!!
Im with The PDSA pet insurance underwritten by Pinnacle. Which is the worst mistake of my Dog’s life to have changed from ManyPets to the PDSA insurance. My GSD has routine checkups with Vets4Pets. He has had grass seeds in his ears, Wormers and occasionally the odd flea. Obviously he has had treatments for these Three. Now he has A perianal fistula and requires steroids to help treat his wounds. The PDSA Insurance group said that because Wolfie was seen by a vet on his routine treatment for itchy skin due to fleas. They will not cover him. This is the first time i have ever claimed for my Wolfie who has been insured since 8 weeks old.
So I agree with the above review Stay Clear of PINNACLE and PDSA INSURANCE GROUP…. PDSA insurance get ZERO STARS.
Hi, my comment to the above review would be that if you got a premium cover for your pet after reaching the cover limit for vet fees it will be covered for the following year as well, other policy I.e standard policy stops to cover that condition for the next 12 months
Rubbish customer services wasted a full morning trying to contact.not for the first time.avoid this company I just wanted to cancel my Pet insurance so frustrated.
Total rip off.wish I'd done more research.unable to contact by phone tried all morning no response..
Rubbish customer service wouldn't recommend to anyone.
