Fortunately I haven't yet needed to make a claim for my Flatcoated Retriever. I am very happy with this KC Pet Policy. It is extremely comprehensive and has many benefits which i find very reassuring. I.e. the 24-hour access to vet. nurse expertise which could prove invaluable in the event of an injury or incident occurring before I can get my dog into the Vet. Or especially if we're rambling in a remote area with no easy access to a veterinary surgery or hospital.
My only grumble (!) is that after the initial 3-month policy offer at 50% reduction, the normal monthly premiums are pretty expensive.
