My new puppy unfortunately needed immediate surgery on his eye due to a scratch. Although the bill was very high, the insurance company paid the claim very promptly. Then sadly less than one year later, he needed another emergency operation for a different problem. The insurance company once again paid the claim quickly. We would have been lost without the Kennel Club insurance and their responses. Would certainly recommend to other pet owners.
