When your pet is poorly and you need to move swiftly to increase their chance of survival you need an insurance company that is supportive, this was my experience with kennel club. Their representatives were empathetic, pleasant to deal with and the claim procedure was simple. I renewed with them the following year and anticipate renewing with them again.
