Been with the kennel club for 10 years and have to say recently I have been disappointed with the service.

After submitting a claim and it being settled. I was then contacted a few months later to be told that I was over paid (prescription diet). I was made too pay this back. As this was not my mistake I felt this was very poor customer service.
