I haven't claimed for our new fur babies yet but our last fur babies (we lost them both this year) were insured by pet protect. Unfortunately we needed to claim quite a lot for our last 2 as they were really poorly. Pet protect were excellent, always helpful, friendly & always paid what we were entitled to with any quibbling or awkward questions. I can't rate them highly enough.
