I spoke with Andy Cooke (Cook) today. I was unsure whether to take pet insurance with this company, Andy explained everything clearly, gave me time to ask lots of questions and answered them precisely. He was extremely friendly and professional. I signed up with Agria per insurance thanks to Andy Cook
