I have been a Tesco Pet Insurance customer for 9 1/2 years covering 3 dogs in this time period. Tesco has never let me down and they have always paid my claims and in a very timely manner. The claims process is easy. When I hear negative or disappointed pet insurance customers (not Tesco Bank Insurance customers), I am so surprised and tell them to move to Tesco Bank. My premiums have not always been the lowest but I attribute that to the great cover Tesco provides. Over the 9 1/2 years, I have had to make many claims, but 4 very serious and expensive claims. Each claim was paid. Finally, I just received my renewal notice and given my dog is now 14, I expected a big increase in premium. I was wrong and my premium actually decreased by about £20. I am one very happy Tesco Bank Pet Insurance customer.
