Sadly our little rag doll had dry FIP which is fatal. We took out the policy for £5k cover didn’t think we would need that much. Our beloved Elliot was back and forth our local vet and referred to Langford specialist hospital in Bristol. The fees ran up to £8k we wanted to do the best for him. Sadly we couldn’t save him. After reading the reviews I was really worried as I thought our policy wouldn’t pay out. Well they did without a fuss the whole £5k. I suppose it does depend on each circumstance but I found the whole claim experience excellent. I did have to call a few times for updates but got through easily and the staff were always helpful.
