I rang to canx the insurance 3 days after they had taken the payment as my dog had passed away - they don't pro rota the refund - just keep it. Any other Company - if you canx and you've just made a payment - they part refund you. They are not bothered about the animals - just money. I will also be cancelling the other policy I have. given one star ans I couldn't give none.

I was going to get a new quote but have gone with someone else.
