I adopted a 10 year old dog from a rescue. He appeared fit, healthy and full of beans. He came with 5 weeks free insurance which, being a responsible pet owner, I’d already extended. The free insurance isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Unfortunately on registering him with my vets he has been found to have a tumour. Agria are refusing to cover him as its been discovered with 14 days. Effectively Agria have signed Dash the rescue dogs death certificate. I have left a review on another site. Agria have replied publicly indicating they have contacted me to discuss the review - obviously in an attempt to imply good customer service. I have updated the review to inform people that this contact has not occurred. Agria now phone me and suggest communication has taken place since the review was submitted! I think I’d know if I had spoken to them. My posts on social media have revealed many others who have had negative experiences with Agria. Avoid at all costs!
