This review is based on the helpline they provide for a 247 vet nurse. Every time I call to ask advice they direct me back to the vet so, therefore, I wonder why I'm paying for this service?

My dog recently gave birth and had no underline health issues however I have noticed she is not eating as much and it's a worry. Other than this all is well but I do worry as the milk sacks don't seem to be replenishing.

This is not the first time I have called and I understand that I may need to see the vet but I do question what this phone number is for and what questions are meant to be asked without getting told call your vet. Feel like I am just wasting time calling this number and I should just call my vets and get charged a consultation fee when I only have a simple question. Not pleased!
