Have had pet Insurance for 4 years for my little dog, never made a claim till he collapsed one night unable to breathe. Turned out to be kennel cough. That was in June over 300 go emergency treatment sent the claim in in July letter back saying the have asked for full medical history. My vets have sent it twice. They say still not recieved it so sent 3rd time. They then doubled the premium as they say he's an old dag. He's just turned four. 9 weeks and still waiting for outcome
