Please Please avoid this company. They are not going to be responsible for their insurance policy. They will find any excuses to ran away from the bills. My little chihuahua is in pain just because this company refuse my claim three time, however my vet was in contact with them to explain everything for them. Every time they bring the same issue as a reason to refuse the claim. They will not even look to your documents. Please avoid them and read all the previous review.
