Do not use this company! What they do may be legal but very unfair practices

Our dog had a broken paw. Before all his treatment was completed the policy was renewed. It was not a new policy just a renewal. This meant that under the 'renewed policy' the treatment for the broken paw was treated as a different injury and the last two treatments were deemed to be under the excess so we had to pay hundreds of pounds. This is so unfair as it was all just a continuation of treatment for the original injury.
