My dog ripped his cruciate ligament and the vet said it was the worst displacement of a leg he has seen. Called the Kennel Club and they were so empathetic and told me steps to follow. Claim was reviewed and paid out in full. Now my dogs is having issues with his eyes and again they have paid for all treatment and very quickly as well. 5 star insurance company with 5 star service.
