I've made about a dozen phone calls to Tesco Pet Insurance regarding slow/no progress with my claim. They have taken £70 a month for 9 years of me but when I need them they don't pay out. Phone call after phone call and promises to phone me back have come to nothing. It's been over 3 months in to my claim and all I've had is empty promises. I've paid a lot of money for my dogs treatment and can't get Tesco to pay it back. Seems totally pointless having dog insurance with them. Don't touch this insurance company!!!

I'm the same paid 40 a month for 4 years never claimed. My dog collapsed struggling to breathe and had to take emergency vets. Claim ongoing since July. TThen last week they sent renewal for 70 quid a month as he's an old dog he was 4 in June. Old they must be kidding. They then had the cheek to offer 15% loyalry discount. Why didn't they apply it in the first place. Hope you get sorted with yours
