I took out my dogs policy with this company Bought by many pet insurance 2 years ago when my dog was 3 , he is now 5 years old despite me never making a claim his policy price has increased every year , his insurance renewal Is due this month , I have never made a claim since I took out his policy , I have just recieved a email from bought by many telling me his policy price is increasing from £61.72p a month to86.41p a month despite me never making a claim an increase of over £20 per month I would like to make people aware of the increase this company make every year despite you never making a claim from them , I will not be renewing his policy with bought by many pet insurance , if I had made a claim I could understand an increase in his policy , over 30 years of dog ownership this is the first time I have insured one of my dogs with this company , needless to say I will never use them again !!!!!! So be warned even if you do not make a claim my policy payment has increased every year , I would just like to make pet owners who are thinking of using bought by many pet insurance the massive increase in your policy price at the time of renewal even if you do not claim on certain policy’s I took out the top cover policy for peace of mind , needless to say I would have been better off just putting the money I have spent on his policy into an account for vet bills , very unsatisfied with this service I shall be returning to pet plan
