Kitten had an eye ulcer in March under his 4 week free insurance. Might as well have not been covered! It's now August and they have tried every excuse in the book not to pay and I am still in discussion with them, as well as my vets. Have been completely incompetent in helping with updates and calls as most call staff do not have English as their first language, so understand you incorrectly or give different information. Every different operator has a different answer and there is no consistency. Infuriating! To think the trial is supposed to draw you in to continue cover is a joke, as I have been put off for life. Never will I consider Pet Plan for any pet.
