Just got renewal through from More Than and in a state of shock. Made one claim for about £200 and they've increased the policy by £190! Our boy is a mixed breed terrier who is in good health so they've loaded the policy after one claim ever made during the whole time insured. When I spoke to my vet about this he said sadly he hears this all the time about More Than and suggested a change of insurer. On speaking the customer services at More Than I was told this was their policy that the problem might reoccur, although the vet thinks otherwise, I suggested that was what insurances were so what's the point but they wouldn't budge on price appearing to not particularly care if I cancelled the insurance or gave a bad review. It seems this company only want to take on new business without claims because they definitely don't wish to keep customers.
