Shocking service/refusing to cover my pets illness

Do not deal with claims in a timely manner, you need to continuously chase them. You cannot speak to anyone unless you have a spare hour to wait to be connected to someone.

My pet was insured for a full year, I cancelled policy in May on advice from renewal team member and set up new policy at exact same level
Of cover with no break in policy to start same date as previous one ended so I could add my new pet. My older dog who is only 18 months old now has a blood clotting disorder and More Than are refusing to cover her as symptoms might possibly cover both policy periods and the new policy has a 14 day period that you cannot claim on!!! My baby could bleed to death if injured and they don’t care AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT CARE
