Avoid this company.
Had a really poor experience when my dog became unwell with a skin condition, i thought with having the insurance in place we would be ok however the insurance company refused to honor its agreement.
Please ask any decent vet service and I'm sure they will warn you off these people.
Watch the small print guys as trust me 100% this company will revert back to that at all chances.
for example my dog when she was a puppy had acne on her nose and had it treated even before we got her insured and paid for by ourselves.
Then 1 year later when insured she had a severe skin reaction on her belly, two different issues however this company say because its a skin condition as before they wouldn't pay out for it.
Vets confirmed two different conditions however these guys get away with this as its in the small print apparently. NOT ANIMAL FRIENDLY and should be done under the trade descriptions act.
