Made a claim on 29/4/20,still haven't been paid out ,dont reply to emails and dont answer the phone ,requested My dog full medical history which a sent 3 times and yet still say they are waiting for it ,its a joke then i recieved a letter saying "if we dont receive the requested item ,within 28 days we will assume the claim is nolonger being pursued,quick enough to take your monthly payments ?when will this ever end ?
