Animal friends insurance. Avoid them like the plague. They recently declined my claim despite having policy for 5 years. Went on vets advice of monitoring a fatty lump on our springer. The lump ruptured after 18 months and needed surgery. Animal friends said we had 365 days from noticing lump to get it removed, despite our vet advising the opposite. Therefore they wouldn't pay out, they know better than vets apparently. They will find any loophole buried in t&cs to get out of paying. Avoid them.
