DO NOT USE THIS PET INSURANCE!!! That's all they care about is money......they couldn't care less about you or your pet. I took out the premium insurance 3 years ago for my dog. 1st year I was paying £28 a month 2nd year it went up to £65 a month and 3rd year it went up to £126 a month!!!(absolute ridiculous extortionate amount of money!!!). This insurance company will penalise you for life for making one claim!!!
Also absolute disgusting customer service! Terrible attitudes! I phoned them to ask to reduce my policy from the premium to the classic cover because I couldn't afford £126 a month and they told me flat out NO that I couldn't change to a lower policy (disgusting service, they hold you at ransom! They would rather lose you as a customer than let you downgrade your policy to a more affordable one)
I will never ever use this company again.....you live and you learn and I urge everyone out there not to use More than pet insurance. I give them a ZERO RATING!!!!!
