Do not use pet plan!!!
We paid them so much money over the years but when it came to the point when we needed petplan insurance to help out With our dogs operation cost. Pet plan took 3 months to reply our claim ignored then dismissed.
Our deepest disappointment and feeling of being used and dumped,
pet plan could take our money over the years but not give the service we paid for. We felt tossed around between different people and not taken seriously.
Our dog has a tumor on her feet and she probably won’t live many more years but we tried to help her as best we can.
We thought having a pet plan insurance for her will help to cover her needs but clearly we were wrong.
We got absolutely nothing at the only moment we needed it.
Neglect and poor customer service. They didn’t even care when we complained and wanted to cancel the policy.
They are the classic insurance company that will take your money but will toss you aside when you need them.
Sorry I ever chose them!
Do not use them !
Surely there are better companies than them.
