Trying to claim on pet Insurance during lockdown - forget it !!!!! Will not answer telephone to claim calls, yet magically when when you select option to cancel your policy someone’s on the line to speak to you in under a minute. When you have pensions who have paid premiums & put in a claim that they have already had to pay the vet of some £450 this situation is disgusting. You do not treat people like this Tesco, biggest mistake coming to you from John Lewis, yet you state claim turn round of 1 week oh no It isn’t. The way telephone lines are being manned needs urgently addressing, oh silly me forgot it all about getting the money in 1st that’s where your phone lines are prioritised,
