I think a big worry for pet owners ,when purchasing pet insurance ,is that you will actually be able to successfully make a claim and that this process will not be a difficult one . I saw Agria advertised at my vets so gave them a go. Sadly the only treatment Wilf needed was to try and control a bladder tumour but inevitably this ended heartbreakingly with euthanasia and cremation. The lady I spoke to at Agria was so sympathetic and personable, also stating that the cremation cost would not incur any excess, she told me that I had paid a monthly instalment since Wilf had died and arranged for this to be repaid back into my bank account. My claim was simple and easy to complete on line and was very swiftly dealt with . Obviously I would much rather not have had to make this claim but in my experience I would highly recommend Agria ,to any other pet owners, for their excellent customer service, sensitivity and speed .
