We were paying insurance for premier cover for both our westies aged 8 at the time of the claim. Despite the vet's statements supporting our case, they declined to pay anything when one of our westies was unwell. Not only that but they didn't even communicate with us and when we tried to get in touch many times they never responded. They are disgusting. They have no morals or have an ethical approach to their clients and their pets. I shall make sure I will leave reviews everywhere possible to inform others who may be considering Tesco for pet insurance so that others won't make the same mistake we did insuring our pets with them. They have been very unfair forgetting that our pets are not objects or numbers but living beings.
