By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Refused to pay out on a claim and used every thing they could to try and get out of it. They stated that the condition was ore existing and even after we provided a letter from our vet to prove it wasn’t (they had requested this) they still refused to pay out. We ended up having to go to the Financial Ombudsman. I cannot stress enough how much pain and misery they will cause you. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them like Covid!!
