We'd just moved house when our cat was attacked by another animal. I should have checked for a vet in the Vetsure network but had to act fast and went with closest. After treatment I was able to raise a claim quickly and, working with the vet practice, the agent got around my lack of printer. The claim was confirmed and paid pretty quickly, within 2 weeks all told. My excess was higher as it was a non-network practice, which is a shame, but all handled efficiently. With all the stress of moving then the attack I was grateful for this.
