Argria was recommend by a friend who was also impressed by the company.
My cocker spaniel has had ear problems and to this day I have yet to have a claim refused.
I also questioned a payment and was refunded by the insurance company with a letter saying that they were at fault and very sorry.
Not only are Agria awesome at customer service. Don't just take my word for give them a call they are without doubt the nicest people I have dealt with.
Honest and upfront and they really do care.
