I chose Agria as I have always been impressed with their level of service during my career as a vet nurse and I think they are very fairly priced for the level of cover. I have, unfortunately, needed to claim for my cat for an ongoing condition and the whole process has been very straightforward. My claims have always been settled promptly and communication and customer service have been excellent.
